Flutter

This page describes the steps to integrate the Literal SDK into Flutter applications for iOS or Android.

Requirements

The Literal SDK has the following requirements:

  • Access to native code under /android and /ios
  • Platform requirements for iOS or Android

App Integration

Currently the Literal SDK dependency must be added natively due to platform requirements, however the steps are fairly simple!

The native docs will provide guidance on steps needed. Additionally, a full flutter integration example can be found here.

iOS

Please refer to the iOS documentation to integrate Literal.

New users

New to Flutter or iOS? You may need to make a minor change to AppDelegate.

A full integration example is provided in this repository.

The iOS project is found under /ios within your Flutter project.

Android

Please refer to the Android documentation to integrate Literal.

New users

New to Flutter or Android? You may need to create an application class as the default flutter project does not contain one.

Examples are provided in the documentation. A full integration example is provided in this repository.

The Android project is found under /android within your Flutter project.
